Paneer butter masala - no onion, garlic, milk or tomatoes
Home Recipes Index Ingredients: A pinch of turmeric Finely ground black pepper - 1/2 tbs Homemade Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp Turbinado Sugar - 1 heaped tbs Salt to taste Corriander powder - 2 tsp Butter 1/4 cup kasoori methi - 1/8 cup Fresh paneer cubes - 3 cups To Grind: kiwi - 1 Strawberries - 8-10 Coconut slices - 1/3 cup Cashew soaked - 1/3 cup Method: Heat 1/4 cup butter in a kadai Add the smoothly ground mixture in the "To Grind" section Add the other ingredients one by one except kasoori methi Cook well till it thickens and make sure to constantly stir to avoid burning Add a 1/2 cup of water and continue to cook for 5 more mins. Add fresh homemade paneer cubes into this sauce and cook for a min or 2. Finally add kasuri methi give it a mix and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
