Paneer butter masala - no onion, garlic, milk or tomatoes

  Home      Recipes Index Ingredients: A pinch of turmeric Finely ground black pepper - 1/2 tbs Homemade Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp Turbinado Sugar - 1 heaped tbs Salt to taste Corriander powder - 2 tsp Butter 1/4 cup kasoori methi - 1/8 cup Fresh paneer cubes - 3 cups     To Grind: kiwi - 1 Strawberries - 8-10 Coconut slices - 1/3 cup Cashew soaked  - 1/3 cup Method: Heat 1/4 cup butter in a kadai Add the smoothly ground mixture in the "To Grind" section Add the other ingredients one by one except kasoori methi Cook well till it thickens and make sure to constantly stir to avoid burning Add a 1/2 cup of water and continue to cook for 5 more mins. Add fresh homemade paneer cubes into this sauce and cook for a min or 2.  Finally add kasuri methi give it a mix and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Blueberry Muffins

  Home      Recipes Index Ingredients:     Batter: Homeground flour any kind - 1 1/2 cups Turbinado sugar or coconut sugar  -1/2  cup Aluminium free baking powder -  1 tsp Pure Avacado oil - 1/3 cup Arrowroot egg - 1 Boiled raw milk - 1/3 cup Fresh blueberries - 1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans - 1/2 cup Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp   Crumble on top:  Coconut Sugar or Palm Jaggery - 1/3 cup Home ground flour - 1/3 cup Soft Butter - 1/4 cup Cinnamon powder - 1 1/2 tsp Method: Preheat oven to 400 F Beat the wet ingredients along with sugar really well Sift the flour and baking powder on top of the wet ingredients and gently mix till well incorporated. Dont overmix  Fold in the bluberries and nuts Pour into a greased baking tray Bake for 20-25 mins or until the muffins are baked well

Pav Bhaji masala with a twist

Home      Recipes Index Serves 6 Ingredients: Sweet potatoes (2) small Beetroot (1) small Dudhi (1) Plantain (1) Carrots (2) Beans  (1/2 pound or 1/4 kg) Celery (5 sticks) pink Himalayan salt to taste 4 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice 2 tbsp. butter  1 tsp jeera finely chopped cilantro leaves a handful Masala: finely chopped kiwi or plum (3) - Tomato substitute finely chopped strawberries (6) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp  homemade garam masala 2 tsp black pepper powder 2 tsp jeera powder 2 tsp homemade immunity powder 2 tbsp. coriander powder  Method: Chop and boiled all of the veggies and mash them well Take a heavy bottomed pan and add butter and once it melts add jeera Add all ingredients labelled under masala in the same order and cook everything well Now add Mix the mashed veggies int everything added salt and chopped coriander leaves and lime juice Additional notes  Strawberries are used to balance the sharp tartness from the kiwi or plum...

Home      Recipes Index Ingredients: 8 walnuts - coarsely chopped Coconut flakes -1 tbs Organic virgin Coconut oil -  1 tbs Palm sugar - 2 tbs Coconut sugar - 2 tbs 8 Organic Dates  - coarsely chopped Ghee - 1 tbs Carob powder (cocoa substitute) - 3 tbs Pumpkin seeds 1 tbs Sunflower seeds 1 tbs Dalia (roasted gram) a handful Method: Put everything in a food processor or mixi and pulse till it forms into a crumbly mixture  Make balls. You can add a few more drops of coconut oil or ghee if it's dry and pulse again.

Home      Recipes Index   Ingredients:     2  arrowroot eggs (For one egg : 2 tbsp. of  arrowroot power with 3 tbsp. of water)     2 cups freshly ground unseived  flour     1 3/4  hot water     1/2 cup avocado/coconut oil     1/4 tsp. aluminum free baking powder     1 tbsp. turbinado sugar     1/2 tsp. alcohol free vanilla extract     1 tsp. salt Method: Take a glass bowl and let the arrowroot egg rest for 5 mins or so. Add the wet ingredients and give it a good stir Sift the flour directly in the glass bowl and later add whatever is left over after sifting back to the glass bowl Use a hand mixer to form a nice and thick batter Make into pancakes on a stove top or use a waffle maker.
